Documents we can provide
Name the documents in your inquiry, not after the purchase order. There is no standing document package behind this page; what we can supply against a given order is confirmed at quotation, and what we cannot is said in the same sentence.
Six rows below. Four of them are produced against an order and do not exist before there is one; two come with every shipment. Nothing here is a document already in a drawer waiting to be photocopied, which is why the inquiry is the moment to ask for it.
What we can supply
What we can supply against an order
| Document | Available | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Mill certificate | On request, per order | Mill certificate for the steel used in your order, showing grade and heat number. Issued by the steel supplier, not by us. Which grade the order is rolled to is settled at quotation against your material specification, so no grade is printed here in advance. |
| Coating-thickness readings | Per order, on request | Measured coating thickness for hot-dip galvanized or powder-coated parts. How many readings per batch, and with which gauge, is confirmed at quotation. We publish no salt-spray figure, here or anywhere else on this site, because we have not run one. |
| Dimensional inspection report | Per order | Dimensional inspection report against the approved drawing, with the measured values written out rather than a pass/fail tick. How many pieces per batch are measured is confirmed at quotation. |
| Certificate of origin | On request | Certificate of origin showing China as the country of origin. The issuing body is settled at quotation and is not named here in advance. This page states origin only; whether that satisfies a procurement rule on your side is your call, not ours. |
| Packing list and commercial invoice | Standard, with every shipment | Packing list with carton count, gross and net weight and carton dimensions, and a commercial invoice. |
| Dimension drawing traced from the catalog | Standard | The dimensioned drawing behind the part page, traced from the catalog page cited on it. It is our tracing of a published catalog figure, not a manufacturer drawing and not a stamped shop drawing. |
Every row in the Notes column states what the document is and what is still open about it. Where a figure is missing — the grade, the number of readings, the issuing body — it is missing because it is settled per order, not because it has been left out · Verified 2026-09-21
Before you order
Ask before you order
If a document you need is not on this list, ask before you order. We would rather say no at the inquiry stage than fail an inspection submittal later.
Put the document list in the inquiry itself, next to the part number and the quantity, and the quotation comes back with the paperwork priced and scheduled alongside the parts. A document asked for after the order has shipped is a different and much worse conversation.
Coating and finish paperwork is described from the finish side as well, under asking for the paperwork. The ordering terms these documents attach to — lead time, payment, samples, claims — are set out under Ordering terms · Verified 2026-09-21
Where to go next
- Finishes — what we coat to, and the coating standards the thickness readings are measured against.
- Ordering terms — minimum order, lead time, payment, transit, samples, and the claims window.
- Request a quote — the inquiry form has a line for submittal documentation; that is the place to name what you need.
Ask for the documents in the inquiry
Paperwork is priced and scheduled with the parts, not after them. Tell us the four lines below and the quotation states which documents we can supply against that order, which we cannot, and what each one adds to the lead time. We reply within one business day (Asia/Shanghai, UTC+8).
- Which documents — mill certificate, coating-thickness readings, dimensional inspection report, certificate of origin
- The part numbers, or the bill of materials
- Finish, quantity and destination
- Who the documents are for — a submittal, a customs entry, or your own incoming inspection
No minimum order · 5–7 business days ex-factory · Reply within one business day (Asia/Shanghai, UTC+8) · Finishes: plain, EG, HDG, stainless
