Unistrut-compatible strut channel and fittings
Sourced from the mills in Fujian, China by ChannelStrut, an independent trading company. Send part numbers or a bill of materials and we come back with price, finish and lead time.
Competitor numbers are matched from published cross-reference documents, each one named on the cross-reference table.
Start from what you have
Most people arrive here holding one of four things: a number stamped on a part, a number written on someone else’s submittal, a joint that has to be made and no number at all, or a drawing that names a size in millimetres and a finish code instead. Each has a different shortest route.
P1026, P1010, P2897. Go straight to the dimension table for that family, or type the number into the search box in the header on any page.
B-Line, Superstrut, Power-Strut or Haydon. The cross-reference table prints what each published document lists opposite it, with the source named on every cell.
Work down from the category instead. Channel carries the run, fittings make the corner, clamps hang it off structural steel, nuts hold the bolt.
41x41, HDG, a pipe trapeze. Three pages answer those without needing a part number first, and each says what we could not source.
Six shape families, then the rest of the system
Fittings, grouped the way you identify them — by silhouette, before part number. All six families, each linked to its dimension table.

Illustrations are representative renderings of each shape family, reconstructed from manufacturer CAD geometry — not photographs of a specific part number. Identify by the tables, not by the picture.
The tables are still here
The tables came first and they stay clear of the commercial side. Every figure is transcribed from the Unistrut® General Engineering Catalog no. 17, printed with the catalog page it came from, and carries a revision date. No table on this site changes because of what we happen to sell.
- Fittings — 24 part numbers in six shape families, plus the method for identifying an unmarked part.
- Channel — all 18 series for 1-5/8 in.: profile, gauge, steel thickness and hole pattern codes.
- Clamps — beam clamps, rigid conduit clamps and EMT clamps, by size.
- Channel nuts — 47 part numbers by thread size, spring and plain, shallow through extra-deep.
- Cross reference — what four published documents print opposite each Unistrut® number, cell by cell, with every source named.
- P1026 — one part number worked all the way through, as a sample of the depth behind a single table row.

How we work
The terms that decide whether we are worth a message. Full wording on the contact page.
- Minimum order: none.
- Most orders are a few hundred pieces; smaller runs are quoted too.
- Order quantity and price breaks.
- Unit price is quantity-based — ask for the price break in your quote. We do not publish one here because it moves with mill, finish and volume.
- Production lead time: 5–7 business days, ex-factory.
- Counted from order confirmation and receipt of deposit (or drawing approval for custom parts, whichever is later). This does not include transit.
- Transit is quoted separately.
- By shipping method — courier, air freight, or sea freight — and destination. Incoterm and port are stated on each quote.
- Samples are available on request.
- Sample cost, quantity and shipping arrangement are confirmed at quotation.
Three different questions, three different answers: the smallest order we will take is none; what the unit price does with volume is a price break we quote, not a number we publish; and a sample is its own small order on the terms above.
Finishes: Plain, EG, HDG and stainless, plus powder coating on request. There is no list price on this site because there is no list price — it is quoted per mill, finish and volume. We reply within one business day (Asia/Shanghai, UTC+8).
Who is behind this
- Who you are writing to
- Alex, a hardware sourcing specialist based in Fujian, China. The same name signs the part pages, the cross-reference pages and the replies.
- What we are
- An independent trading company. We do not manufacture these parts — we source them from the mills that produce them, which is why we see the same part number from several mills and know where a published dimension and a delivered part tend to disagree.
- What we are not
- Not Unistrut, and not a distributor for Unistrut, B-Line, Superstrut, Power-Strut or Haydon. What we quote against a Unistrut part number is a candidate substitute made to order, offered for inquiry.
- How to reach us
- By email, at contact@channelstrut.com. Sales and technical questions go to the same address and are read by a person.
Unistrut, B-Line, Superstrut, Power-Strut and Haydon, and the part numbers published under them, are trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. ChannelStrut is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by or a distributor for any of them. Those brand names and part numbers are used here only to identify the products referred to.
Send the part numbers
A part number and a quantity is enough to start. A bill of materials pasted into the form is better — we price the whole list together, and that is usually where the quantity break lands.
