Contact
Email: contact@channelstrut.com
We read everything. Three kinds of mail get the fastest answers:
Trade and bulk. If you are a contractor, distributor or OEM looking for strut channel accessories at volume, mention quantities and target specs and we will reply with what we can do.
Data corrections. If a dimension or hole count on this site disagrees with a manufacturer catalog, send the part number and the catalog page you are looking at. Verified corrections are published within days.
Missing parts. If you searched for a fitting or series we have not covered yet, say which one — the request list decides what we publish next.
We reply within one business day (Asia/Shanghai, UTC+8).
Ordering terms
Minimum order quantity
Minimum order: none. Most orders are a few hundred pieces; smaller runs are quoted too.
Order quantity and price breaks
Unit price is quantity-based — ask for the price break in your quote. We do not publish one here because it moves with mill, finish and volume. Small runs carry a higher unit price than pallet quantities, and every quote states the break it is based on.
Production lead time
Production lead time: 5–7 business days, ex-factory. Counted from order confirmation and receipt of deposit (or drawing approval for custom parts, whichever is later). This does not include transit.
Payment
30% T/T deposit with order, 70% T/T before shipment. Samples are invoiced and paid by T/T before dispatch. Bank charges outside China are paid by the buyer.
Transit
Transit is quoted separately. By shipping method — courier, air freight, or sea freight — and destination. Incoterm and port are stated on each quote.
Samples
Samples are available on request. Sample cost, quantity and shipping arrangement are confirmed at quotation.
Quality and claims
Quality and claims: if dimensions or finish do not match the approved drawing or the quotation, send photographs and gauge or caliper readings within 14 days of delivery. We replace the parts free of charge or refund them, at your choice, and we pay the return freight on confirmed defects. Made-to-order parts are not returnable for reasons other than defect, because they are produced against your specification and not held in stock.
What paperwork can come with an order — mill certificate, coating-thickness readings, dimensional inspection report, certificate of origin — is listed under Documents we can provide.
