Unistrut P1000 Cross Reference: B-Line B22, Superstrut A1200, Power-Strut PS200
Unistrut P1000 cross-references to B-Line B22, Superstrut A1200 and Power-Strut PS200. No Haydon number is listed in our four sources. The cited guides list these numbers together as candidate substitutes. That carries no load rating, listing or steel grade: each manufacturer publishes those separately, and they do not travel with a part number.

What a published cross-reference number does and does not cover
A published cross-reference number is one thing only: a number a cited document prints opposite this one, as a candidate substitute in the same catalog slot. We have not independently verified any competitor part's dimensions or interchangeability.
It does not carry design loads, safety factors, steel grade, coating thickness or third-party listings — UL, cUL, FM, seismic. Each manufacturer publishes those independently, and two parts that measure identically can carry different published loads. Finish suffixes differ by brand as well, so order the base number and state the coating in words.
Where a specification names a brand, a substitute is a submittal question, not a purchasing one: send it through as an or equal with the substitute's own load and listing data, and get it accepted in writing before it ships.
Unistrut P1000 — published cross-reference part numbers
P1000 is the 1-5/8 in. square 12 ga channel the whole series is named after — 1-5/8 x 1-5/8 in. single channel, 12ga. Every value below is copied out of a published cross-reference document; the tag in the source column names it, and the Sources list gives the title, URL and access date.
| Brand | Published cross-reference part number | Source |
|---|---|---|
| B-Line | B22 | [S1], [S4] |
| Superstrut | A1200 | [S1] |
| Power-Strut | PS200 | [S1] |
| Haydon | not listed | No source found. It does not mean the manufacturer has no comparable part — it means no document we could obtain printed one. |
Row note: S4 (B-Line BF93XR) also prints Superstrut A-1200 and Kindorf B-900 / B-901 opposite B22.
No competitor dimensions are published on this page. We hold verified dimensional data for the Unistrut part only, so this table carries part numbers and their sources and stops there.
What to check on a substitute
A cross-reference table gets you a part number. It does not tell you whether the thing in the box lines up with the holes you already have. These are the numbers that decide that for P1000 — 3 checks, each with the Unistrut figure and the catalog page it is printed on. Work through them before the run goes up.
| Measure | Unistrut value | Why | Where the number comes from |
|---|---|---|---|
| Outside profile | 1-5/8 x 1-5/8 in. (41.3 x 41.3 mm) | Square section. The depth is what a channel nut is cut to. | Unistrut® General Engineering Catalog no. 17, p. 25 — printed on the part drawing |
| Steel thickness | 0.105 in. (2.7 mm), 12 gauge nominal | 14 gauge is 0.075 in. (1.9 mm), printed for P1100 on p. 32, and 16 gauge 0.060 in. (1.5 mm), printed for P2000 on p. 36, both sold in the same 1-5/8 in. square profile under different part numbers. Gauge is the single number a caliper settles fastest. | Unistrut® General Engineering Catalog no. 17, p. 25 — printed in the header text above the drawing |
| Hole or slot pattern | plain, or one of six punching codes: HS 9/16 in. (14.3 mm) round holes at 1-7/8 in. (47.6 mm) centers; T 1-1/8 x 9/16 in. (28.6 x 14.3 mm) slots at 2 in. (51 mm) centers; SL 3 x 13/32 in. (76.2 x 10.3 mm) slots at 4 in. (101.6 mm) centers; KO 7/8 in. (22.2 mm) knockouts at 6 in. (152.4 mm) centers; DS 2-3/4 x 7/8 in. (69.9 x 22.2 mm) slots at 3-1/2 in. (88.9 mm) centers; H3 9/16 in. (14.3 mm) round holes at 1-7/8 in. (47.6 mm) centers | The punching is a suffix on the part number, not a different profile. Confirm which one you are quoting against. | Unistrut® General Engineering Catalog no. 17, p. 25 — the six P1000 punching panels |
These are the Unistrut figures, published here so you have something to measure against. They are not a claim about any other manufacturer's part.
What we can quote against this part number
We do not manufacture these parts and we are not Unistrut. We source them. The item we can quote against Unistrut P1000 is 1-5/8 x 1-5/8 in. single channel, 12ga — a candidate substitute made to order by a contract manufacturer, offered for inquiry, not an original-manufacturer part.
| Dimension | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Profile | 1-5/8 x 1-5/8 in. (41.3 x 41.3 mm) | Unistrut® General Engineering Catalog no. 17, p. 25 — printed on the part drawing |
| Steel thickness | Confirmed at quotation. | Our supply specification — not a catalog figure |
| Standard lengths | 10 ft and 20 ft | Unistrut® General Engineering Catalog no. 17, p. 25 — footer note under the drawings |
These are the published Unistrut catalog dimensions we build to, each with the page it is printed on. The thickness row is the exception: it states what we supply, not a catalog figure. They are geometry only. No load, torque or listing figure is claimed for our part: none has been tested on it, and a figure published for a Unistrut part is evidence about that part, not about ours.
Every published dimension with the catalog page it is printed on, the finishes, and what to measure on a delivery: P1000 part page.
