Request a quote
Tell us what you need — a part number or a bill of materials — the finish, how many, and the country it ships to. We come back with our part number, finish options, lead time, packing quantity and what documentation we can and cannot supply. We reply within one business day (Asia/Shanghai, UTC+8).
Request received
Thank you — your request is in. We reply within one business day (Asia/Shanghai, UTC+8).
Nothing else to do. If you do not hear back, email contact@channelstrut.com.
Minimum order: none. Most orders are a few hundred pieces; smaller runs are quoted too.
Order quantity and price breaks. Unit price is quantity-based — ask for the price break in your quote. We do not publish one here because it moves with mill, finish and volume.
Samples are available on request. Sample cost, quantity and shipping arrangement are confirmed at quotation.
Production lead time: 5–7 business days, ex-factory. Counted from order confirmation and receipt of deposit (or drawing approval for custom parts, whichever is later). This does not include transit. Full wording under Ordering terms, and the paperwork we can supply with an order under Documents we can provide.
Quoting:
Rather not use a form? Email contact@channelstrut.com with the same lines — part number or bill of materials, finish, quantity, length or cutting for channel, destination, application, whether you need submittal documentation.
If the part is going into a specification that names a brand, say so — a substitute has to be accepted in writing before it ships.
What happens next
Every request is read by a person, not routed into a CRM. You get back our part number for what you asked for, the finishes we can actually deliver in that quantity, lead time from the mill, packing quantity per carton, and a plain statement of which documents we can supply and which we cannot. There is no list price on this site because there is no list price — it is quoted per mill, per finish and per volume.
We do not manufacture these parts. ChannelStrut is run by Alex, a hardware sourcing specialist based in Fujian, China, and we source from the mills that produce them. Unistrut, B-Line, Superstrut, Power-Strut and Haydon, and the part numbers published under them, are trademarks or trade names of their respective owners; ChannelStrut is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by or a distributor for any of them, and those names are used here only to identify the products referred to.
What we do with what you send: it is stored in our own Cloudflare KV and a copy goes to our sales inbox; it is used to answer you. It is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone else. See Privacy.
